SUMMARY: The Digital & Content Marketing / Media Manager works closely with the Executive Director to further the objectives of Minnesota Hockey programs and activities by shaping and executing on MNH’s digital marketing and communication efforts with our stakeholders and communities of interest. This position will engage with all of MNH’s marketing & communication platforms, including but not limited to: MNH Website; Sports Management Software (e.g.. SportsEngine); Social Media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, etc.); E-mail marketing platforms (e.g. MailChimp) and various print mediums. Responsible for collating multiple and disparate stakeholder contact databases and developing comprehensive, searchable formats that allow segmented and targeted marketing and communications. Supports MNH Sponsorship commitments by helping to build inventory and delivering on a suite of multimedia promotional opportunities. Drives social media activities and metrics (e.g. Impressions, shares, likes, followers). Adopts sound Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles to generate more traffic, achieve more conversions and create a positive user experience.
