DinoMights recently purchased iPads for the middle school tutoring program. A donation to DinoMights has enabled us to invest in the technology to help support their academic development. 

We recently introduced the new devices to the students in tutoring. In a nod to our great supporters from the our local NHL team, each device is named after a player from the Minnesota Wild. In their first week, the students were able to use the iPads to work on essay writing and keep up on homework assignments and also could access apps to practice math facts.

Technology doesn't change the importance of personal relationships with our tutors. Tutors still engage with the students as they work through assignments or have questions.

The iPads will also enable our staff to stay better connected to students in tutoring by monitoring the the activities each student uses their device to complete.

We are grateful for the donation and for the potential of this new technology to improve our students' academic performance!
